What is TalentSheets?
TalentSheets is an influencer marketing platform that transforms Google Sheets into a campaign management hub. It includes a Chrome Extension for importing influencer data, a Google Sheets Add-On for automating campaign tasks, and proprietary templates for contracts and workflows.
Is there a trial?
Yes. Every new account can start a free 7-day trial with no card: full features, 25 creator lookups, 50 search pages and 5 tracked parcels. When it ends, pick a plan to keep going. If you don't, nothing is charged. One trial per account.
What is a creator lookup?
A creator lookup is one TikTok or Instagram creator analysed by the Chrome extension or looked up on Find creators. Every plan has a monthly allowance shared between TikTok and Instagram: 150 on Starter, 500 on Growth, 1,200 on Pro and 3,000 on Agency. Looking up the same creator again within 30 days is free, and YouTube creators never use a lookup. Need more? A lookup pack adds 100 for $10, and pack lookups never expire.
What is a search page?
A search page is one page of results from Find creators, where you search TikTok, Instagram or YouTube for creators who post about your topic. Every plan has a monthly allowance: 500 on Starter, 2,000 on Growth, 5,000 on Pro and 10,000 on Agency, and 50 during the free trial. Running the same search again within 24 hours is free, and a search that fails or finds nobody doesn’t count. Narrowing the results by followers, country and so on is free; looking a creator up uses a creator lookup.
How is TalentSheets different from platforms like GRIN or Modash?
Enterprise platforms like GRIN and Modash are powerful, full-stack tools built for large programs, and they are priced that way. TalentSheets does the core campaign work, discovery, outreach, contracts, tracking, and reporting, inside the Google Sheet you already use, for a fraction of the cost. If you want to run great campaigns without the overhead, that is who we are built for.
Do I need to be good at spreadsheets?
No. If you can use a Google Sheet, you can use TalentSheets. The templates and add-on do the heavy lifting.
Which social media platforms do you integrate with?
TalentSheets currently integrates with TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. Our Chrome Extension allows you to browse these platforms and automatically import influencer data directly into Google Sheets.
How does payment work?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI Level 1 compliant payment processor. TalentSheets offers four plans: Starter ($15/mo), Growth ($35/mo), Pro ($79/mo), and Agency ($169/mo). Save about 30% with annual billing.

How can I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime with two clicks. The second is just a confirmation. No hoops, no retention calls, no questions asked. You can also email info@talentsheets.com and we will take care of it immediately.
Do I need to turn off my pop-up blocker?
TalentSheets works best without a pop-up blocker. Signing in with Google opens a small pop-up window, so if your browser or a blocker extension stops it, sign-in can’t finish and you’ll see a “pop-up blocked” warning.
To allow pop-ups in Chrome, click the pop-up blocked icon at the right of the address bar, choose Always allow pop-ups and redirects from talentsheets.com, then click Done and try again. If you use an ad or pop-up blocking extension, add talentsheets.com and accounts.google.com to its allow list.
