If you run an e-commerce store, direct-to-consumer brand, or any company where you’ll be sending physical products to influencers in connection with your influencer marketing campaign, then you’ll want to know exactly when your package has arrived so that you can be sure to follow up with next steps for each influencer right on time.
TalentSheets provides you an easy way to do this in the “Shipping Tab” of the proprietary TalentSheets template, which is integrated via our TalentSheets Google Sheets Add-on with real-time shipping information made available by FedEx, USPS, and UPS.
To use this feature, simply copy and paste your tracking number from FedEx, USPS, or UPS into the “Tracking” column in the “Shipping Tab.” Then navigate to Add-ons > TalentSheets > Refresh Shipping Stats and almost like magic you’ll see that the Carrier, Delivery Status, and Delivery Date columns will be automatically populated with up-to-date information.
Keep in mind that the shipping information in the TalentSheets template will also update automatically once each day, so you don’t need to manually choose to ‘Refresh Shipping Stats’ unless you want to do so at any particular time.
Once the TalentSheets template identifies that a package has been delivered (whether via an automatic or manual refresh), you’ll receive an email notification sent to the email account you used to register with TalentSheets indicating which influencer just received your delivery:
This email is your cue to follow up with that influencer, let them know that their package has arrived, plan out next steps, and help make sure that your influencer campaign continues to run smoothly and on time.
