What TalentSheets accesses, and why

TalentSheets works through two tools: the TalentSheets Chrome Extension and the TalentSheets Google Sheets Add-On. The extension reads the public profile you are viewing on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube (follower count, engagement, and similar public metrics) and, when you click Add to Sheet, writes that data into your own Google Sheet. The Add-On then helps you run outreach, generate contract documents in your own Google Drive, track shipments, and report on performance.

The TalentSheets Chrome Extension

Browse TikTok, YouTube and Instagram as usual. The extension shows a creator’s figures on the spot and adds any profile to your sheet in one click. No copying and pasting, no spreadsheet to build by hand.

The TalentSheets Google Sheets Add-On

Creators you add land straight in your campaign sheet. From there the Add-On emails creators, generates contracts, makes tracked links, tracks parcels and refreshes the views on sponsored posts, all inside the sheet.

Together they turn the spreadsheet your team already uses into the place you run influencer campaigns, from the first search to the final report.

1 The extension reads the public profile you’re viewing and shows the creator’s figures.
2 One click writes them as a new row in your own Google Sheet. Nothing else in your Drive is read.

The Google permissions TalentSheets uses

TalentSheets connects to your Google account so it can work inside your own Google Sheets. Here is exactly what it uses, and why.

Google permission Why TalentSheets needs it
Your name and email (Google sign-in) To create and identify your account.
Google Sheets To write the creator data you capture into your own campaign sheet.
Google Docs and Drive (add-on) To generate contract templates and save them in your own Google Drive.
Send email as you (add-on) To send the outreach emails you write to creators, from your own Google account, only when you choose to send them.

TalentSheets does not read your other files, does not track your browsing, and never sells or shares your Google data. Our use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
