1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TalentSheets ("the Service"), provided by TalentSheets, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TalentSheets is a Google Sheets-native influencer marketing platform consisting of:

  • A Chrome Extension for browsing and importing influencer data
  • A Google Sheets Add-On for campaign management
  • Proprietary templates for contracts, outreach, and reporting

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Trial: 14-day trial for $1.
  • Monthly plan: $29/month after the trial period.
  • Annual plan: $290/year (equivalent to $24.17/month, 2 months free).

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact info@talentsheets.com.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
  • Scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained through the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
  • Upload malicious code or content

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by TalentSheets, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service.

9. Data and Privacy

Our collection, use, and protection of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Workspace, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Stripe. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TALENTSHEETS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TalentSheets, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
